Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will focus on maximizing their treatment outcomes and assisting them in relearning necessary skills to lead independent, productive and satisfying lives.

• A caregiver in this position works PRN (as needed) shifts.

• Must have availability Monday – Friday from 8:00 a. m.

• A caregiver who excels in this role will: Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.

Requirements

• Establishes, revises, and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires.

• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard occupational therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

Work with Cleveland Clinic in Euclid, Ohio.
