Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence
- based practices aligned with recovery and resiliency principles.
- Meet clinical productivity standards as defined by the Program Director.
- Foster active resident engagement to support treatment participation and recovery progress.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field required.
- Must have an active and valid driver's license.
- 3 years minimum experience providing therapy to individuals with serious and persistent mental health disorders is preferred.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
