About the Role

Join Huntsville Hospital Health System as a Clinical Pharmacist – 3rd Shift in United States. Overview Monitors drug therapy to improve patient outcome and quality of care, recommends rational and cost-effective pharmacotherapeutic alternatives and provides accurate and efficient medication distribution. Implements and evaluates nutritional support and pharmacokinetic regimens.

Requirements

• Proof of current AHA BLS must be provided or obtained by the end of the orientation period.

• Experience Completion of post graduate pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical practice strongly preferred.

• Additional Skills/Abilities Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
