About the Role

Join Step Up Family Services LLC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill
  • based assessments (e. g., VB
  • MAPP, ABLLS
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans in alignment with best practices and payer

Requirements

  • Provide clinical supervision and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelines
  • Monitor progress and adjust programming as necessary to meet individualized client goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including treatment plans, session notes, progress reports, and insurance authorizations
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to ensure generalization and maintenance of learned skills
