Provide high-quality, 1:1 individualized physical therapy treatment to older adults in a home setting. Manage a caseload of approximately 6-8 patients per day while following a flexible schedule.
Must be a licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist graduated from an accredited program. Requires current CPR certification and a passion for patient-centered care.
