About the Role

Provide high-quality mental health therapy remotely as a licensed therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) in Washington State. Deliver evidence-based telehealth treatment including assessments and therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth individual and group therapy.
• Perform intake evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals.
• Maintain documentation per federal and state guidelines.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology.
