Key Responsibilities

• Remote Advanced Practice Providers, Nurse Practitioners – Adult Telemedicine
• Provide remote care to patients from the comfort of their own residence/facility
• Work closely with client staff to ensure proper care and handoffs are provided

Requirements

• Must have Advanced Practice Certification
• Must be licensed in one or more of the following states: Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia
• 3+ years of experience
• ED or Urgent Care experience
• SNF experience
• Candidates must be licensed in one or more of the following states: Ohio, Indiana, and/or West Virginia
