Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) At Lincoln Recovery, our Behavioral Health Technicians are the heartbeat of the facility. We’re looking for dependable, compassionate BHTs who show up with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people rebuild their lives one day at a time.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting clients during admissions and intakes (yes, including urine screens and belongings searches, important work, done with dignity).

Monitoring and documenting vital signs per state and clinical guidelines.

Supporting detox and withdrawal management through routine monitoring.

Providing safe transportation to appointments, meetings, and approved outings.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

At least 18 years old

Valid Driver’s License

CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $16.50 - $21.50/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
