Key Responsibilities

• Prepares diagnostic formulations for use in development of the individualized treatment plan and discharge planning, and Level of Care (LOC) considerations.

• Confers with members of the professional clinical staff throughout all patient treatment processes.

• Demonstrate professional knowledge and skill with various therapy modalities including SBIRT, and crisis intervention.

• Confers with patients (and family/other supports) to identify treatment needs and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans.
