Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Quality Pharmacist leads the implementation of pharmacy-based strategies to improve patient health outcomes and quality metrics like HEDIS and CMS Star ratings. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage patient outreach, provider engagement, and medication therapy adherence programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active California Pharmacist license and possess at least two years of experience in managed healthcare or pharmacy operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required, with experience in quality metrics and population health preferred.
