Key Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family counseling services for students referred by school personnel at Lealman Innovation Academy.

• Provides Solution

• focused therapy that is consistent with evidence based practices. Uses respectful and strength

• based words and actions with individuals and families. Discusses individuals and families with supervisors and peers in an appropriate manner.

Requirements

• Remains current in the general knowledge of psychotropic medications, side

• effects and DSM

• V diagnostic criteria. Asks individual, family and manager when medical services are appropriate. Ensures that therapy is the first intervention.

• Coordinates efforts and serves as a liaison between multiple services providers with appropriate and consented.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
