Key Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Liaison performs psychiatric assessments, coordinates patient admissions and transfers, and serves as a primary point of contact for patients experiencing psychiatric emergencies. They collaborate with medical staff, law enforcement, and community providers to ensure appropriate patient disposition and treatment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant healthcare field and possess a valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LCP, or RN). At least one year of acute inpatient experience or two years of acute outpatient experience is required.
