Key Responsibilities
- Works under direct supervision and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Provides coordination, implementation, and milieu observation consistent with the treatment model of the assigned program.
- Upholds core values, including: teamwork, respect, compassionate care, initiative & effective use of resources Delivers services and supports within scope of practice to individuals and groups.
- Ensures all services are in alignment with behavioral health care plans approved by each patient’s provider.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma with an active QMHA certification.
- OR Bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
