Key Responsibilities

Works under direct supervision and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Provides coordination, implementation, and milieu observation consistent with the treatment model of the assigned program.

Upholds core values, including: teamwork, respect, compassionate care, initiative & effective use of resources Delivers services and supports within scope of practice to individuals and groups.

Ensures all services are in alignment with behavioral health care plans approved by each patient’s provider.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma with an active QMHA certification.

OR Bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
