Join Mission Healthcare as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner – PRN Flexible, $70-80/hr in United States. Mission Healthcare, located in seven states, is the largest home health and hospice company in the western United States. We have a critical mission—to take care of our people.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive hospice services in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and under a collaborating physician’s supervision.

Conduct patient evaluations, health assessments, diagnosis, and management of care plans, including prescribing medications and treatments.

Perform physical exams, face-to-face assessments, and hospice eligibility evaluations in consultation with the interdisciplinary team.

Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare practitioners to coordinate care.

Requirements

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.
