Key Responsibilities

  • Every day you will plan and execute New Provider Orientations, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming providers to ensure a seamless transition.
  • You will function as the onboarding and offboarding subject matter expert, proactively addressing any potential obstacles for physicians.

Requirements

  • Required High School Graduate and Three years of coordinating employee onboarding or orientation program, upon hire or High School GED and Advanced experience presenting in a public setting.
  • Experience creating and delivering training material, upon hire None, upon hire.
