Provide supervision, encouragement, and structure for clients in a residential substance use disorder treatment setting. Support the clinical team by conducting safety checks, documenting interactions, and assisting with daily routines and group activities.
Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a preferred high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in behavioral health, human services, or customer service is preferred but not required.
