· Serves as agency’s Infection Control Committee Chairperson.

· Performs State Comprehensive Nursing Assessments annually.

· Performs client physicals quarterly.

· Ensures medical orders are carried out including receiving referrals, ensuring appointments are set and documentation is completed at the time of appointment.
