Key Responsibilities

• must be fully licensed and credentialed prior to start Candidates with dermatology experience New grads with dermatology clinical rotations or MA experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: up to $130,000 (based on experience) Productivity Bonus with total compensation of upwards $200,000 annually Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance CME Allowance PTO, CME Time off, and additional time off during holiday season Monday through Friday, no weekends.

• Conduct minor surgical procedures and assist in surgical cases Manage a daily patient volume target of 30-40.

• Develop and implement treatment plans, including medications and procedures Maintain accurate and compliant.
