Requirements
- of 1 year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in the D2Me program required.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in good standing in [Required States] or the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states within 90 days of hire.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum 2 years of primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine experience, preferably with experience in telehealth or virtual care settings.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
