Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within the home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating patient care, maintaining records, and providing training to caregivers to enhance patient performance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. Additionally, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to perform moderate physical activity are required.
