Requirements

• · Graduate of ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.

• · Current licensure in the state of practice.

• · Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.

• · Experience in patient care and medication management, drug therapy monitoring, drug and medical supply procurement, inventory control management, and performance improvement.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
