Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $99.75 - $159.60/hour.

• CME reimbursement up to $2,500 and 5 additional PTO days/year

• CME allowance: $2,500.

• Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives

• Six weeks paid birthing-mother maternity leave

• Dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% plus 3% automatic non-elective contribution
