This position offers weekends off, a signing bonus. Work with American Addiction Centers in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Manage a daily caseload of home health patients by performing assessments and implementing personalized occupational therapy plans. Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and provide documentation and reporting to physicians to ensure safe patient outcomes.
Requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy school, a valid state license to practice, and BLS HCP certification. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory, with one year of clinical or home health experience preferred.
