Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for post

• acute facilities regarding provider scheduling, coverage, and operational communication.

• Coordinate communication between behavioral health providers (NPs, Psychologists, Therapists) and facility staff.

• Send courtesy communications to facilities regarding provider absences, coverage changes, or schedule updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years of healthcare operations, practice coordination, scheduling, or administrative support experience.

• Experience in behavioral health, long

• term care, skilled nursing facilities, or post

• acute care preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $38K - $55K
