About the Role

Join UnitedHealth Group as a Integrated Behavioral Health Provider – Hybrid Model, LGBTQ+ Care in United States. Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a (Full-time) PsyD, PhD, LICSW or LMHC to join our Integrated Behavioral Health Division in Worcester, MA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hybrid Model, 1-2 days on-site and the remaining remote, from your home.
  • (Electronic equipment included.
  • ) Provide treatment for primary care patients for behavioral health disorders, symptoms and conditions including substance use disorders.
  • Enhance patient engagement by using evidenced based tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
