Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and posses a Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, in Physical Therapy.
- Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio.
- BLS Certification or obtained within 30 days of hire. Preferred:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
