Job Overview Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff.
This position offers no call requirements. Work with Fairview Health Services in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Provide primary care services to patients within a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes and population health management. Manage patient encounters and participate in a low-intensity call rotation for phone consultations.
Must be a graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program and be Board Certified or Board Prepared. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Minnesota medical license and DEA certification.
