Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will provide direct patient care, specializing in pelvic health and orthopedic conditions, while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. They are also responsible for collaborating with the healthcare team, mentoring clinical interns, and participating in departmental process improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and an active Illinois Physical Therapy license. Expertise in pelvic health rehabilitation and experience treating orthopedic conditions are required, along with a BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
