Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the case management of children and adolescents
  • Actively support clients and families in achieving treatment and service goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and evaluate care plans
  • Serve as an advocate and resource connector for individuals and families

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents in a therapeutic, community
  • based setting
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to working with clients)
