Key Responsibilities

• General Clinical Obtains health history and perform physical examinations.

• Diagnoses, treats, counsels, and coordinate care for each patient.

• Reviews and update problem list and longitudinal plan of care at every visit.

• Meets documentation standards and completes all progress notes within 24 hours following the patient visit.

Requirements

• Doctor Osteopathy (D. O.) or Doctor of Medicine (M. D.) required.

• Completed residency in primary care specialty and Board Certification is required.

• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in the practice of primary care medicine in an outpatient setting preferred.

• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $210K - $230K

• Signing bonus: $10,000.

• Relocation assistance: $10,000.
