About the Role

Join Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as a Licensed Adjunctive Therapist – 4-Day Week, Full-Time in United States. The Adjunctive Therapist is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and conducting therapy programs. Instructs or supervises patients in recreational activities as part of a therapeutic psychiatric treatment program.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and direct therapeutic recreational programs and activities for patients.

• Develop treatment plan to meet needs of patient, based on needs assessment, patient interests and objectives of therapy.

• Conduct therapy sessions to improve patients’ mental and physical well-being.

• Observe, analyze, and record patients’ participation, reactions, and progress during treatment sessions, modifying treatment programs as needed.
