Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work or related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in behavioral health.
- Knowledge of behavioral health operations and applicable regulations; understanding of compliance and privacy requirements.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
