Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • 1099: Starting at $32/hour, commensurate with experience.

  • MHSP/LPC temp, LMFT). Thrive provides required clinical supervision hours for eligible LMSW and provisional licensees toward independent licensure.
  • based or community mental health experience preferred.
  • Bonus: Fluency in a global language (e. g., Spanish, Somali, Arabic).

Work Schedule

  • site clinical lead—own your schedule, referrals, and coordination loops—with access to consultation and case support.
  • day hours: Align work with bell schedules; minimal evenings/weekends.
