Key Responsibilities
- Reports To: Physician Relations & Patient Growth Regional Manager
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with qualified physicians, providers, and clinic staff within the assigned zone.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Trulieve’s product catalog, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Relay insights, feedback, and competitive intelligence from the field to Regional Managers to inform broader growth strategies.
- Partner with the marketing team and Regional Managers to execute campaigns, refine messaging, and maximize physician engagement and patient growth.

Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces
- Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position
- Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, medical sales, physician relations, or a related field.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.

- WORK SCHEDULE
- 45+ hours weekly with flexible hours and travel as needed. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel up to 75% of work schedule to support the needs of the business.
