About the Role

Provide telemedicine care for post-acute patients in nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-cover calls overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in monthly team meetings.
• Use EMR and technology protocols.

Requirements

• MD or DO board-certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• 3+ years hospitalist experience.
• Licensure in multiple states including Compact.

Benefits & Compensation

• Average compensation $165,000 annually.
• Full-time, 120 hours per month.
• Flexible schedule released in advance.

Work Schedule

• Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• 35% overnight hours (11pm-11am).
• Call and weekend coverage required.
