About the Role
Join ProMedica as a Social Worker – Per Diem, Pediatric Psychiatry in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will coordinate the facility placement, community agency referral and social coping aspects of your assigned patients.
- will complete an initial assessment and compile discharge plans reflecting clinical and social needs by collaborating with the patient, their family and medical staff.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a comprehensive inpatient Psychiatric Unit (or comparable work experience). License: L. S. W., MSW or Professional Counselor from the State of Ohio. Michigan
