Key Responsibilities
-, the BHT Lead provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of BHT staff and client activities during assigned shifts.
- The Lead BHT ensures staff and clients follow established protocols, communicates critical information across shifts, and reports concerns to the Program Director and leadership team as needed.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and support BHT staff during assigned shifts, ensuring consistent, high-quality care.
