About the Role

Join Child & Family as a Therapist – Hybrid Role, Family Therapy in United States. What You’ll be Doing You will develop professional local networks within the state and communities to help further family centered practice. The Therapist will work with clients and families to assign appropriate services based on a need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the families who are traditionally reluctant or oppositional to therapy, be engaging them and initiating services in a home
  • based setting.
  • Provide responsive interventions to youth who are involved in or at risk of gang affiliation, focusing on reducing risk factors and increasing protective factors.
  • Provide the services with a variance of days/hours designed to respond to the client/family needs/schedule.

Requirements

  • Provide all the services required by the referral agency and FFT.
  • Maintain regular contact and respond to all calls and inquiries from the referring collateral.
  • Collaborate with community partners (e. g., probation, schools) to coordinate care and create a unified approach to support youth who are involved in or at risk of gang affiliation.
  • Participate in, and guides when appropriate, the monthly meeting or collateral team meeting (Child & Family Team or other designated contract expectations).

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
