Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and movement dysfunctions

Physical therapist assistance license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency Experience

Prefer a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an inpatient or outpatient physical therapy clinic; however, we welcome new graduates to apply
