Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to address behavioral health issues.

• When necessary, engaging with families in consultations or therapy sessions to address family dynamics, communication, and other issues that may be impacting the adolescent’s mental health.

Requirements

• Be available to be on-site at identified schools Monday-Friday during school hours.

• Manage a caseload of 24-32 individual, family, and/or group appointments.

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70K - $75K
