About the Role
Join St. Peter's Health Regional Medical Center as a Mobile Crisis Response Therapist - Days, 0.9 FTE in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- (Both Levels) Respond immediately to crisis dispatches using a hospital‑provided vehicle.
- Conduct mental status and risk assessments using standardized tools.
- Provide trauma‑informed crisis intervention, de‑escalation, and brief therapeutic support.
- Collaborate with allied responders (peer support, CHW, EMT, master's‑level trainee, etc.
Requirements
- Therapist I: Licensure‑candidate clinician (SWLC or PCLC), practicing under supervision.
- Therapist II: Fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LCPC, or eligible mental health professional per MCA 53‑21‑102).
- Both roles provide in‑person crisis services as part of an interdisciplinary team and support the mission of stabilizing individuals in the least restrictive setting possible.
- Key Responsibilities (Both Levels) Respond immediately to crisis dispatches using a hospital‑provided vehicle.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
