About the Role

Join St. Peter's Health Regional Medical Center as a Mobile Crisis Response Therapist - Days, 0.9 FTE in United States.

Key Responsibilities

(Both Levels) Respond immediately to crisis dispatches using a hospital‑provided vehicle.

Conduct mental status and risk assessments using standardized tools.

Provide trauma‑informed crisis intervention, de‑escalation, and brief therapeutic support.

Collaborate with allied responders (peer support, CHW, EMT, master's‑level trainee, etc.

Requirements

Therapist I: Licensure‑candidate clinician (SWLC or PCLC), practicing under supervision.

Therapist II: Fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LCPC, or eligible mental health professional per MCA 53‑21‑102).

Both roles provide in‑person crisis services as part of an interdisciplinary team and support the mission of stabilizing individuals in the least restrictive setting possible.

Key Responsibilities (Both Levels) Respond immediately to crisis dispatches using a hospital‑provided vehicle.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
