Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing individualized care plans, and utilizing telehealth to improve patient independence and quality of life.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Speech Language Pathology license, a degree from an accredited program, and ASHA CCC certification. Current CPR certification and the physical ability to assist with patient transfers and lift up to 50 lbs are also required.
