Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence

Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high

quality care.

Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.

Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.

Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
