About the Role

Ascend Healthcare seeks a Bilingual Licensed Therapist (LCSW, MFT, LPC) to provide remote mental health therapy services across Arizona. This fully remote position supports patients via telemedicine with a focus on recovery and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, trauma, addiction, and grief counseling.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance.
• Participate in crisis intervention and multidisciplinary team case planning.
• Engage in ongoing education and supervision.

Requirements

• Active or willing to obtain Arizona license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Comfortable working fully remote.
