About the Role

Join Crawford County Mental Health Center as a Clinical Licensed Crisis Counselor – Kansas in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • going treatment, utilizing measurement
  • based tools, and will review and update the plan with the client every 90 days. Conduct crisis assessments to determine mental status, risk level, and stabilization needs. Utilize evidence
  • based tools to assess suicide/homicide risk, psychosis, and functional impairment. Make clinically sound level
  • care determinations. Provide crisis intervention, brief therapy, and stabilization services in person, telehealth, or community

Requirements

  • Requirements: The Clinically Licensed Crisis Counselor must be licensed in the State of Kansas by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (BSRB) to independently diagnose and treat mental disorders.
  • Acceptable licenses include LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, or LCP.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass and complete a TB Screen Test and Medical Evaluation.
