Key Responsibilities

Pharmacists participate in rounding when applicable.

Hematology-Oncology Specific Responsibilities: Facilitates transitions of care of oncology and transplanted patients by: Counseling patients and caregivers regarding medication therapy.

Assessing and supporting patient adherence to medication regimens.

Requirements

2 years of post-graduate residency training in pertinent field (e. g. oncology, pediatrics) OR 1 year of residency training with + 1 year of clinical experience OR 3 years of clinical experience.

Salary: $143K - $214K

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
