Key Responsibilities

The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders and operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment. They are also responsible for providing patient education, ensuring correct identification, and serving as a preceptor for imaging procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and hold a current ARDMS certification in Ultrasound. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in basic computer and documentation tasks.
