This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.
About the Role
Join Seneca Family of Agencies as a Bilingual Outpatient Therapist – M-F Schedule, Sign-On Bonus in United States. $2,000 sign-on bonus for all new Seneca employees! The Bilingual Outpatient Therapist provides culturally responsive mental health services to youth and their families, including individual and family therapy and child and family team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide child, family and/or group therapy utilizing culturally informed and best practice modalities.
- Work in partnership with children, youth and families to determine their goals within therapy.
- Promptly respond to referrals of children and adolescents who present with symptoms of psychiatric disorders.
- Maintain availability for crisis intervention services and complete incident reports in adherence to agency timeline.
Requirements

- evaluation as well as organizational goals, strategies, and systemic practices regarding diversity, equity and inclusion. Qualifications Required:
- Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling.

- Salary: $77.5K - $91.5K
- Signing bonus: $2,000.
- 25 days PTO.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- Day shift only - no nights.
