Key Responsibilities

• include operations such as hiring and training, scheduling staff, annual reviews, timekeeping, and performance management to promote exceptional patient care, documentation and regulatory compliance.

• The SNC assists in problem solving and communication between various BHS areas as well as the broader organization.

• This position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to serve in the nursing functions of the IP BHS unit in addition to the leadership capabilities required.

Requirements

• 2 years of post

• graduate level work in a psychiatric or clinical setting

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program

• Currently licensed in the State of Michigan (RN, PMHNP, etc.)
