Key Responsibilities

The Supervising Nursing Coordinator assists the Inpatient BHS Manager in overseeing daily operations of the psychiatric unit, including staff management tasks like hiring, training, scheduling, reviews, and performance management. This role also involves problem-solving and ensuring exceptional patient care, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed RN, PMHNP, etc., with a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate work in a psychiatric or clinical setting and graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing Program. Current Michigan licensure and BLS certification are required, with leadership experience being preferred.
