About the Role

Join Trinity Health as a Clinical Pharmacist - Emergency Medicine (Pharmacist II) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Direct Patient Care: Develop, recommend, and monitor individualized pharmacotherapeutic regimens using expertise in pharmacology, pathophysiology, and pharmacokinetics.

Participate in patient care rounds and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication outcomes.

Deliver Clinical Pharmacy Services: Offer timely drug information, therapeutic recommendations, and evidence‑based guidance to the medical staff.

Support antimicrobial stewardship, anticoagulation management, and other clinical initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Licensure Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or other advanced degree preferred.

Must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a pharmacist in the State of Michigan.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey clinical information clearly and compassionately.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
